NOTE: These Terms of Use contain a Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver agreement that affects how claims you may have against Trunori, or claims Trunori may have against you, will be resolved.

TRUNORI'S SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 13. IF YOU ARE 13 TO 17 YEARS OF AGE, YOU MAY ONLY ACCESS AND/OR USE TRUNORI SERVICES WITH THE INVOLVEMENT AND APPROVAL OF YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

Note that special terms apply to some services offered on the Site, such as subscription-based services, product purchases, rules for contests or sweepstakes or other features or activities. Our Trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us.

9. Product Returns

If for any reason a Trunori product that you purchase for your own personal use does not meet your expectations, you may contact us at returns@trunori.com within 30 days of the date of purchase to request a replacement, exchange, or full refund (less shipping costs). Links to third party websites may be provided on this Site. If so, they are provided solely as a convenience to you. We have not reviewed all such third-party sites and do not control and are not responsible for any of these websites and their content. If you access any third-party websites linked from this Site, you do so at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liabilities

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If we have a dispute that arises from or relates to any of our products or services, the Site, or these Terms of Use, you agree that we will first seek to resolve the dispute informally. You will notify us of the dispute within 90 days by submitting an email to support@trunori.com.

Subject to certain exceptions, you agree that all disputes will be resolved through confidential binding arbitration. You also agree to waive all rights to pursue class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, and any other proceeding in which someone acts in a representative capacity against Trunori.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, directors, representatives, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from: (i) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; or (ii) your violation of any third party right.

16. General Provisions

  • If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions.
  • No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver.
  • Any cause of action you may have must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.
  • You may not assign these Terms of Use without our prior written consent.
