Product Return Policy

At Trunori, we are confident that you will be absolutely delighted with the quality and value of our products. So confident, that we back up our products with a no questions asked return policy.
30-Day Return Guarantee
If for any reason a Trunori product that you purchase for your own personal use does not meet your expectations, you may return the product within 30 days of the date of purchase to request a:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Full refund (less shipping)
Note: This return policy is not applicable to sale items, Sales Tools, business supplies, or items identified at the time of sale as non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate the return process:
- Contact Customer Service: Email our Customer Service Department at returns@trunori.com for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
- Wait for RMA Number: Do not return products to us until you have received an RMA Number from the Customer Service Department. Returns without an RMA Number will not be processed.
- Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for payment of the postage/shipping fees to return the product, and the postage/shipping fees if you request a replacement or exchange in lieu of a refund.
Return Timeline

We must receive the return product within 10 business days of the date that we provide you with the RMA Number.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of your returned product.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the credit or debit card that you used to make the purchase.
Return Restrictions
Trunori reserves the right to reject returns that:
- Do not meet these terms
- Are for products that have previously been returned for refund, replacement, or exchange
